DRØMPOD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Ordering

Once you have completed an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. The confirmation contains information about the ordered products, prices, as well as billing and delivery addresses.

2. Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done on the same day the purchase was made and before our customer service closes.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock from the supplier or for other business reasons. If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and no payment will be charged, or alternatively, the full amount will be refunded.

3. Cancellations during public holidays

We cannot guarantee that cancellations made during public holidays or bridge days will be processed in time.

Orders placed during these days may have already been processed or shipped before we receive your request.

Examples of such days include:

• New Year's Day

• Good Friday and Easter Monday

• Ascension Day

• National holidays

• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

4. Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days.

Orders placed during the weekend are processed no earlier than the next business day.

Delays may occur due to high volumes at transport companies, which is outside our control.

Please note: You as a customer may be required to pay customs duties, import VAT, and other import fees.

5. Taxes, customs, and import liability

DrømPod™ sells products without VAT markups because the goods are shipped directly from suppliers outside the EU.

Upon purchase, you as the customer are the legal importer and are therefore responsible for paying:

• import VAT,

• customs duties,

• other fees that may arise upon import.

These costs are not included in our prices.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• you are the legal importer of the product,

• the carrier may charge you import-related fees.

We recommend that you check current regulations with the Swedish Customs (Tullverket) before ordering.

6. Prices

We reserve the right to change prices in the event of:

• changed purchase prices,

• currency fluctuations,

• printing errors or other obvious mistakes.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

8. Complaints

All products are checked before being shipped. If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will rectify the error free of charge.

In the event of a complaint, you must:

• contact us as soon as possible,

• provide your name, address, email address, and order number,

• describe the defect.

Returns may only be sent after you have received instructions and approval from us.

In the case of an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping costs.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.

We are also not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), for example:

• strikes,

• war,

• natural disasters,

• government decisions,

• delivery disruptions.

10. Responsibility for use and allergies

All products contain information about ingredients or content on the respective product page.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product does not contain substances that may cause allergic reactions.

We are not responsible for skin reactions or other side effects.

If you are unsure, we recommend testing the product on a small area of skin before use.

11. Product information

We reserve the right to:

• printing errors,

• stock shortages,

• color deviations, as colors may be rendered differently depending on the screen.

13. Personal data

By completing a purchase, you agree to our privacy policy and the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. 60-day satisfaction guarantee

At DrømPod™, we want you to feel completely secure with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 60 days and get your money back.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused and unopened.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• The guarantee is valid for 60 days from the date you received the product.

The satisfaction guarantee acts as an extended return offer in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal.

15. Illustrative images

Product images and images of people are intended for illustration purposes only and do not necessarily represent actual customers or medical professionals.

Any testimonials and reviews are based on customers' own experiences.

16. Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the purchase is considered completed.

The order amount will be refunded after deducting costs for return shipping and handling.

17. Re-sending of packages

If you wish for a package to be sent again after it has been returned to us, a fee for new shipping and handling may be added.
